Here are some other things to avoid doing while traveling (and yes they have all been reported by a witness):

 

-When in California, don't ask if that island is Hawaii.

-If touring an Amish village, don't try to take selfies with their daughters.

​

-When in Canada, don't ask how to speak Canadian...you'll be told; "congratulations you're speaking it right now"

​

-Some Asians like taking pictures hugging trashcans...maybe we can make #asianshuggingtrashcans a thing.

-When visiting a mountain, don't wear stilettos. The bears and mountain lions don't care how about your great sense of fashion. Although, they'll appreciate the toothpick after they eat you.

-If you're in the south, that Alligator is probably not a statue.

​

-Cape Town, Africa is not the place to go if you want to go on a safari. Don't ask, they won't like you.
